Whilst on the train the trainer course one of the trainers suggested I consider taking the City and Guilds 7303 - a qualification for delivering lifelong learning. It looks similar to the course I have just taken but does involve some assessed teaching practise. Hmmm, worth looking into.
AND, my local college runs the course so it would be convenient.
